Q: How do I return my package?
The right of return is 14 days after receipt of the package. Please contact our customer service if you want to return the product within this period. Tap the chatbot in the bottom right. We will send you a free return label. You return your product using the return system linked in the website's footer. Unused goods can be returned for a full refund under the right of withdrawal. Used goods can be returned within the framework of the right of withdrawal, and compensation can be demanded.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
Contact customer service through our chatbot in the bottom right corner if you wish to cancel your order. We usually ship your order within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it is too late to cancel if your order has already been forwarded to GLS and dispatched. However, you can return the order after receipt. See “How do I return my package?”

Q: What payment options are available to me?
Currently, we offer the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Maestro etc.

Q: When will the money be debited?
We only debit the money once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: I should have given the correct information when I placed my order. Is it possible to change?
If you need to provide correct information (address, email or otherwise) when placing your order, please contact our customer service at support@smartplay.gg as soon as possible and let us know. We will then correct the information.

Q: What do I do if my order is defective or defective?
If your order needs to be corrected or completed, please contact our customer service through our contact form or chatbot at the bottom. We will take care of it as soon as possible.
